All products on ttexora.store are custom-made based on client instructions.
We require 100% upfront payment before starting production.
Production starts only after client approval of design or specifications.
Once approved, changes cannot be made unless mutually agreed.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in USD.
We reserve the right to update product prices at any time.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
We do not store or have access to full credit/debit card details.

4. Order Cancellations

100% refund if canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
30% refund if canceled after 12 hours but before design approval.
No refund if canceled after design approval or once production has started.

5. Returns & Refunds

Since our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns.

A 100% return is only accepted if:

You receive the wrong product, or
The product is not as approved/described.

No returns/refunds for:

Approved designs
Incorrect size ordered by customer
Customer misuse or damage
