1. Order Approval & Production

All customized products require client approval before production begins.

Once you approve the final design/specifications, we start the production process.

We take 100% upfront payment for all custom orders.
2. Cancellation Policy
● Cancellation within 12 hours – 100% Refund
If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
● Cancellation after 12 hours but before approval – 30% Refund
If you cancel after 12 hours but before approving the order, you will receive a 30% refund of the total paid amount.
● Cancellation after Approval or During Production – No Refund
If you cancel the order after approving the design or after production has started, no refund will be issued.
3. Return Policy
Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the mistake is from our side.
100% Return Accepted ONLY If:

We deliver a wrong product, OR

The product is not as described/approved by the client.
In such cases, we will arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Orders canceled after approval or once production has started.
